Bookings, Cancellations & Consultation Policy

Bookings:

No appointment date will be secured until a deposit is paid -

Install £100
Maintenance £20
Removals £10

Cancellations:

Any installs, maintenance or removals cancelled and/or rescheduled with 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £10 charge.

Consultations:

Consultations are free of charge however I am seeing a lot of people booking in and then cancelling, I understand things do happen so I’m happy to come and go but again I need to be strict here. Anyone who has cancelled and/or rescheduled a consultation twice regardless to timescales will be charged a £10 fee to secure a 3rd consultation, this fee must be paid before a 3rd date is set and will be taken off your overall cost.

All despots and fees are none refundable and can be paid by cash or bank transfer, in the near future card payments with a 2% fee will be an option.
